Your account

You must be at least 16 to use Health Students. Provide accurate account information, keep your password and sign-in links private, and use an account you are entitled to access. Google sign-in is optional. You are responsible for the activity you authorise through your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

A study aid, not clinical advice

Health Students helps you revise for health licensure exams. It is independent of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Ghana, Allied Health Professions Council and Pharmacy Council of Ghana. It is not an official council service and does not guarantee a pass or an examination result.

The question library is AI-drafted and has not been independently clinically reviewed. Practice papers are revision sets, not official past examination papers. Notes, answer explanations and generated material may contain mistakes. Check important clinical details against approved textbooks, teaching and current professional guidance. Do not use the app to diagnose, treat or make decisions about a patient.

Your documents and generated study content

Import only study materials you have permission to upload and process. Do not upload patient records, confidential personal information or material that infringes another person's rights. You keep your rights to your own material. You authorise us to store and process the material only to provide the document features you request, as described in the Privacy policy.

Health Students uses Google Gemini, a third-party AI service, to discover topics and create Simplified or Detailed study notes and quizzes. Relevant document text, and scanned PDF page fragments when needed for transcription, are sent to Google Gemini. These features are optional. Choosing to import study material requests topic discovery; choosing Generate notes or Generate quiz requests that processing. You can stop using the feature and remove uploaded documents from My documents.

Files, generated notes, quizzes and associated document results are private to your account. They are automatically deleted 30 days after the upload. Keep your originals and anything you need to retain. You can remove a document sooner. Read the document-processing and provider details for storage, transfers, retention and your choices.

Fair use and intellectual property

Use the service for your own lawful study. Do not resell or bulk copy the library, share account access to bypass limits, scrape protected content, interfere with the service or try to bypass access controls. Reasonable security, enrollment and download limits apply to keep the service available. Contact support if a limit prevents normal study.

Respect the rights of Health Students and of content owners. Your access to the service does not transfer ownership of the app, branding or study library. These Terms do not restrict uses permitted by applicable law.

Plans and payments

Website study passes cost GHS5 for 24 hours, GHS15 for 7 days, GHS50 for one calendar month, or GHS500 for one calendar year. The daily pass is available only on the website. These are prepaid passes and do not renew automatically. Access starts when payment is verified; if you already have an active pass, a new pass extends your paid period. App stores display their own local prices and purchase conditions before confirmation. Payments are linked to the signed-in account. Do not create a new account to recover a purchase.

The price, currency, access period and any renewal conditions must be shown before you confirm a purchase. Do not rely on a plan or store listing that is marked coming soon. Where you purchase through an app store or payment provider, its applicable payment and refund rules also apply. Contact support for purchase or access problems. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability and changes

Internet access is required for sign-in, downloads and document processing. Some saved study material may be available offline. We work to keep the service reliable, but access can be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity or provider problems. Progress saved on one device is not automatically synchronised to every device. Keep important personal copies.

We may update features and these Terms. The date above identifies the version. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect and request a new agreement where necessary. We may restrict abusive or unlawful use, subject to applicable rights and a reasonable opportunity to contact support.

Log out or delete your account

Log out and Delete account are at the bottom of Profile. Account deletion removes your access and starts deletion of account data as described in the Privacy policy. Removing the app or logging out does not itself delete your server account. You can also contact support to request deletion. Store subscriptions, if any, may need to be cancelled separately with the store.

Questions or concerns

Email paystackcheckoutt@gmail.com for account, content, payment or privacy questions. Include useful context, but never send passwords or patient information. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

24-hour trial

New verified accounts receive 24 hours of study access from their first email verification. The trial does not renew or restart after signing in again, changing devices or reinstalling. After it expires, an active paid plan is required. There is no automatic charge at the end of the trial. Existing included access is preserved. Internet is required to verify access when opening protected courses.
